Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar Recipe

These are great to have around for snacks. I keep mine individually wrapped in the freezer for quick access!


4 scoops Optimum Nutrition Cake Batter protein powder
1/3 cup Nutracleanse (a combo of flax/psyllium) could also use ground flax
1 1/2 cups quick oats (not instant or old fashioned)
3 Tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup almond butter
2 Tbsp raisins
1/2 cup cold water


Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding the water last.  Knead with hands until mixed.  Press into a 8×8 pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes, cut into 10 bars, wrap each bar in plastic wrap, then return it to the freezer for storage.

  1. Hey Jamin thank you man for just arleting me to such things. I thought the atitude I have now for food will help me gain muscles but I have a problem do u think my weight will be constent bacause I wanna but I don’t wanna gain fats because by time I bodybuild I didn’t gain because I had too much fats and now my skin is tones and I got lean abs I don’t want the food to change that but anyway thanks for the text it was helpful and have a good one
